Apollo Black Cherry(Apollo 13 x Black Cherry Cheesecake X Cherry Ak47)

Those sound like high expectations on yield.

Mind you I don't weigh anything except baking ingredients lol

Although I was intending to weigh these autos out of curiosity.

Honestly no idea how much these will produce :)

The buds on these certainly aren't airy,

but ultimately I won't know for sure until they are dry and harvested.

Yeah I used to lose large posts when I first started running my first diary on here,

so I got into the habit of copying and pasting my post every once and a while as a text file on whatever app/software I could depending upon what device I was using.

Good luck with your ABC's,

Are those snips Darlac compacts?

If so how are you finding them?

I've been flitting around trying to find a decent pair of snips I can grab off the shelf locally and we actually stock and use Darlac at work, I use a couple of pairs of the small compact bypass secateurs and they're definitely resilient.

I looked at those for trimming but went for a pair couple of pairs of their softie scissors instead because they've a finer tip but no spring unfortunately.

Yes @BilgePump they're the Darlac snips.

I absolutely love them,

they're a fair bit heavier than the chikamasa so I tend to use them for slightly harder work,

such as the separation of stems from the main stem etc.

They're also great for taking cuttings and hacking back vegging Giants lol

Gotta have some Japanese Steel in your life :D

super sharp,

can be sharpened and tightened if necessary.

The simple rubber covers for the handles are great and the retaining clip mechanism is well designed.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something described above.

Those ABC's look rather nice mucler :yep:     I find it rare to see an auto resembling it fem namesake but yours does indeed look very close to my fems.

Scales only used for cooking in this house , no interest in end weights , as long as its healthy & well cooked :)

I hope you enjoy the fruits of yer labour mate

  • 2 weeks later...

I checked the 3 plants that are hanging up earlier today :)

They're not quite dry enough to take out of the box and tidy up yet,

I'll give them another few days,

then I'll chop the other 2 that are in the slightly larger pots and swap them over.

The first 3 plants are dry enough to jar up,

so I have taken the other 2 out of the tent to chop and hang up in the drying box :D

There are some lovely dark purples coming through on these last 2.

I'll try and get some decent photos of them :)

As promised

I'll keep an eye on these over the next couple of weeks to make sure they dry nice and slowly.

Early observation: the lowers are more developed on these 2 compared with the other 3 :D

I should get 3 or 4 joints off of each of these.

The 3 that are dry have been stuck in paper bags inside a black bucket until I get them jarred up.

Thanks for looking.

Ps. Hope it's nice where you are today.

No worries @Revive,

I had requested photoperiod Regs for my freebies and that was what was printed on the sliver of paper in with the seeds :spliff:

large.P4250001.JPG

It took ages to find that image lol

Just double checked and these last two were in 6" pots :)

I sprouted several different varieties of seeds at the same time for sexing and I didn't have the space to pot them up into larger pots or give them the space they really could have done with,

my flowering space was already busy and I didn't have my Nursery tent back up after getting the boiler sorted out.

I nearly dumped them when I first clicked that they were autos,

i'm glad I didn't :D

I've recently received some of the Triton Biscotto Lime fems (Oreoz Mintz x Lemon Tree) from @Seedstockers-Mark so I intend to run those beside the Mac and Crack regs I got in with the Apollo Black Cherry seeds after the current lot are done.

There's some lovely fruits of the forest type smells coming from the 3 that are dry

Thanks for popping in,

it's always nice:cheers:
