Eta: just bought the matrix glass because it was suggested by vapefiend on the same page

Might want to consider an ash catcher or drop down with that matrix rig.

2 reasons.

First, IME, with that type of rig, unless you remove the bowl after every draw the back rush of air causes the herb to jump out of the bowl and get everywhere.

Secondly, bits of herb will get sucked through the shovelhead and into your rig. This can start to clog your perc quicker and dirty the water.

VF have a great one I use with a similar rig

Ehle do some great rigs with removable down stems for easier cleaning. Cheaper versions available on certain Chinese sites. Some nice stuff out there....

What temperature do you guys use with your flowerpot?

From the bits ive seen, 700 seems about right?

E2a is it worth getting a carb cap as well?

Cheers

You've got the weedeater right?

I use the vrod at around 600f on the pid using the universal cap provided.

I think the we is designed to be used without a cap.

Start at 650 and see how you get on.

Draw speed has an impact. Slow draw and hotter hits and vice versa.

lower temps for flavour. Higher for night night.

Nice one mate. You are gonna love it!

The Qaromas are available in the UK now if anybody else was waiting. I've ordered a head to try out. I'm a bit excited.

What do you guys do with the unit if you're not going to use it for a hour or two?

Is it best to turn it off or leave it on?

Cheers.

Almost bought one yesterday. Decided to hold out for more opinions. Please let us know compared to b1.

Did you have to buy new glass bowls for it? I use glass for my b1 and it's a massive improvement over the shovelhead....

Tested the flowerpot pot last night. Jeez it hits hard , was battered last night. Great flavours as well.

Best vape I've tried by a mile

Nice. It's a cracker.

See if you can get hold of a glass bowl to replace the shovelhead.

Increases the taste profile substantially.
