Way to go mate, keeping them moist daily, especially when they're root bound   I've found that letting them get too dry between watering throws them into a shocked state of looking over watered when they're not really. Just shocked from being too dry, then too wet.

Hi man.

 

So I was splitting the mist bottle which I think Is about a litre between all ten plants while they were in those little pots, so it works out around 100 mls per pot.

 

Now I'm using the watering can filled half full.

 

Probably about five litres. So is that about 500 mls per pot now I think..

 

I make a habit of filling it the day before and filling it after I use it and keeping it in the groom so it's left to breathe a bit and also it's the right temperature.

 

I'll be including mollases at a later stage.

 

But right now I am using the biobizz and pm stuff.

 

I will take a look before bedtime tonight to see if they need feed and water. If not I will leave it till tomorrow.

 

The underfloor heating is on although not absolutely necessary, it's set quite low can't remember the exact temp.

Yeah man, I'm giving my young mums 100ml each per day with a bit of fish mix and they're loving it. None of the usual Ca and Mg probs I usually get in my veg cab under LED

Sound.. I like the bio bizz better than the pm stuff.. you get a lot of fish mix for your money! And it's strong stuff.

 

Shit reeks though... don't get it on your carpet!

 

I will use the old plant magic nutes in my garden and outdoors in my back yard.

 

Some of my nutes must be over five years old!

Which might be a bit early but I did it anyway.

 

Got to order a couple of scrog nets, and trim and fit them due to the odd size of 220cm x 85cm. Should be good though. Under 20 pounds.

I have now got a wet and dry regeim in the grow chamber.

 

Watering now every other day.

 

 

It's really nice having this set up in my bedroom, and as all the fans are in the loft space above, not too loud.

 

 

I have ordered 2 of 120cm elasticated scrog net.

I've been busy all day including gym and swim sesh..

 

Feeling pretty good..

 

Unfortunately I was out when my soil and RVK fan was due to be delivered..

 

I'm going to have to pick it up myself.

 

Watered and fed the ladies..

 

They're looking a bit lifeless so I decided to make sure that I water at least five litres..

 

Using a syringe I measured out 5 mls of fish mix and 5mls grow and a cap full of root tonic as well...

 

I think last time I watered I didn't fill the can up enough.. 

 

Or perhaps it's because the heat mats have evaporated the water..

 

It's obvious to me that I have to find a happy medium to keep them from drying out...

 

I Will have a look at lights on..

 

And perhaps take a few pics..

Going to the depo Monday picking a few bits up.. 

 

Then fit RVK number 2. I also have some of that orange polyester ducting to fit at some point..

So I am slightly worried about leaving the watering can full of nutes, as when I came to it today a layer of shite was growing on the top...

 

It's pretty cool in there..

 

Between 20 and 23c at the canopy and around 25c constant at the roots. Kept in n check by the underfloor heating..

 

 

The above have just been watered and fed by 

 

5 liters of water with bio bizz

5 mls root tonic

5 mls fish mix

5 mls grow

Also a little cap full of plant magic bio silicon.

 

Does anyone know what biobizz call their version of bio silicon??

 

In other news..

 

 

I have been looking at an xstream cloner.. the smallest one...

Also I am interested in building a hydro/aeroponics system, DIY!

 

 

I'm kind of sick of growing from seed..

 

I fancy keeping a mum too...

 

I have my drying tent empty and also I'm not using the space under the T5 area.

 

Also I already have a powerplant hood and a 125 watt and 300 watt CFL to go with it...

 

Not to mention 2 X Omega dimmable HPS ballasts and the bulbs.. MH and HPS

 

The last lot of seeds took so much fuckin around to germinate... perhaps because they were a bit old although kept in a bento box in the fridge.

 

I had some delicious seeds as I really wanted to grow out cotton candy and also fruity chronic juice..

 

I had a few different strains from delicious seeds and every single time I failed to even get a tap root! Fuck you delicious seeds!

 

And it's not easy getting seeds in the post these days..

I have just realised the ballast was only set to 80 percent!!!

 

 

It's set to 100 percent now.... also turned the pots around and then raised the lights..

 I'd just mix enough nutes up that you're gonna use straight away dude, especially if there's fish mix in there.

Yes it's not been a problem before I've always done it that way..

 

I was just thinking about this as I just watered and fed them but the smell was aweful...

 

I included a cap full of Cal mag..

 

I'm going to add the fishmix last thing straight before I water from now on @jadenugs
