Hi @HSO-Mark, I'd like to put my name forward for this if I aint too late, diary won't be finished till next week though. Not a problem if I have to wait, seems like a fun lil project.

@HSO-Mark Hi Mark I'm a newbie to both the site and to growing. I have loved reading the pot noodle diaries and can't believe how much some growers have achieved and also how amused I've been by some of the humour. My first dairy and grow are due to finish in 4-5 weeks which gives me plenty of time to join the comp. I understand that I don't currently meet the criteria but am I right in thinking that if I either buy the seeds myself or wait until my first harvest, I can still join in? 

Just need to acquire this pot and I'll be ready to go

The raid was on 16th so 12 days after if he submitted the names to shipping.

I dunno man, the more I look into it, both companies went quiet sometime before the 10th so there's gotta be a bit more to all of this. I've no idea what is going on but slightly worried about the whole situation if it moves beyond judicial review... I mean, I don't shit where I eat but it's not nice thinking my details are available to authorities, among many others, if they so choose. I just hope it works out for both companies... For them AND me.

I had seen the website notice for a while but I`m not sure on the dates.

They can afford good lawyers.

I hope it is just a point of law about seeds that can be argued in court quickly and nothing to do with the money side

I hope so too man, for several reasons... I rate them as a company, always top quality product with the customer service to back it up. It isn't just about the seeds though, their bank accounts have been seized and money laundering/criminal organization is part of the investigation according to what I can find... It honestly doesn't look too good. I hope everything is ok with them but the law generally doesn't go through all of this unless a fair bit of intelligence has been gathered beforehand.

 

What does that mean for us? I've got zero idea... I'm not going to sweat it but I'll have to have a giggle if/when that knock on the door occurs. We shall see I suppose.
