Since the too high temp issue I had for accidentally turning the Extraction fan off, a few more are dying.

large.C82762F0-07BC-45DB-AF3A-EC4E50FBAE27.jpeg

Looks like iv ended up with 18 healthy looking growing plants and 5 or 6 dying tiny seedlings that ain’t grown since last update and have shrivelled up slightly so iv wrote them off. So 18 left.

Will stick them in one plot now and when I get the two new strains to test I will stick them in the other.

Dam this cold weather..... Would have put them out by now but 3c nights last few and 4c tonight.

Here they are, flying along....

large.474DC08E-9E61-4D29-9CA6-BA85D6E8D71B.jpeg

Im very lucky that their in deep root trainers as if they where in normal small pots, they would be root bound by now, but the root trainer stops that as the roots hit the side, go down the groves and out the bottom and the air kills the tip and that causes another root to shoot out further up and repeats the process.    :yep:  No root bounds

Going to put these out Saturday as nights from then on out are showing 10c and above.

Went to plant out the 18 healthy Lost Coast Skunk Auto today.

Soil is lovely at this plot. Can dig with your hand.

large.4B8CF0CD-11DF-453E-920F-D6C03BC8B99F.jpeg

Safely transported to the plot in a cardboard box with twin string going through all sides to hold the root trainers in nice and tight.

Root trainers give plants amazing start to life, makes root after root by air pruning the roots

Here they are all in the ground

Gone for a perimeter fence for these autos as I don’t want cages to hold any lower branches from reaching up. Just letting these ladies explode.

large.2DAADB04-867A-46B2-91CC-52F358AE23B8.jpeg

All had a litre each of stream water. After watering, I covered the Wet area Around the plants with an inch or two of the plot soil in order for it to retain moisture for longer.

Rain showing for Friday so they should be fine.   :yep:

Good news and bad news I’m afraid......

Good news is the seeds arrived today

large.A1C7929D-1614-4E9A-9408-33E74E6C9F8C.jpeg

Bad news is, I’ve been sent the Fem version of the Chocolate Mint OG and as the plot these are going in looses Sun at the start of September as it drops below a tree line, the plot is only suitable for Autos.

Every year photoperiod plants have suffered rot due to lack of sun.

So, I will only be putting the Auto Chem Bomb in to germ.

Still, all good tho, the 5 will have all the room they can handle as it’s a big plot...

These seeds are gagging to get out with the other HSO autos

Tap roots flown out the blocks

large.D09B5B03-D276-4913-8A96-F638D14AD6D2.jpeg

Now in soil and under 24 hours of light for a few days, will lower it to 20/4 and after a week will drop to 17/7 for a few days before they go out.

Hoping that will be ok and not cause early flower as it’s a gradual drop in light hours

When I take these to the plot, I will call in to the LCS Autos plot for a picture update.

Hoping for some great growth cos it’s been sunny for the most part but have had 3 lots of rain over that time.

Decided to go water 5 plots in one day, one long hard grafting day.

Some of the plants are in pre flower but there are a few that are twice the size of most and have no pre flowers so I’m hoping they get big as there’s between 60-80 days left of growth and budding.

Fingers crossed for a beast or two.

Nice fast germination with 5 healthy looking seedlings ready to join this year's outdoor fun  :headbang:

So sorry about the CMOG mix up :(

If you have the time, I'll happily issue a resend for CMOG Auto?

Let me know if needed

Thanks mate but to late now as they will be September finishers and it’s dodgy weather end of August through September, lots of rain.

Can send me them next year to try outdoor, you know me mate, I’ll be good for doing a diary.

Id never let a breeder down who’s willing to send me stuff to try for a diary, saves me bucks not buying them and we sit with the plants at times all through their lives so not much extra work to take a photo or two.

These temps are making my attic like a sauna

Look what the max was in the tent :wallbash:

large.31A53CF1-BF96-4FE9-A4EC-454D7D8C0A84.jpeg

This was the temp when I checked and watered them

large.5AFE5179-382A-4207-AA45-4F1380E37246.jpeg

Here they are, just hope the temps don’t stunt them

large.B005E7FA-046D-4F29-879A-058B2C36E5FF.jpeg

Put a big fan on them, lights out, little fan added after the pic and I’ve left the attic hatch slightly on to let airflow up there with upstairs windows open

Next year I’m going to germ outdoors using Slims box, will save so much time and effort lugging plants out to plots

Bad news

Fucking rabbits destroyed my plants

large.8BA3368D-F7C9-4630-92C3-449475C6DD41.jpeglarge.3D09DE6B-891F-4522-8559-B2B6E287F012.jpeg

First I was confused as I doubled up the barrier/boundary fence and run some around the outside floor of the fence to stop them digging.

I checked the fence all around and then it hit me, cos I extended this plot, last years fencing was a bit short to double up all the way around and I was just over 1 foot short and was supposed to go back with more as I’d forget to take new wire there.

What a muppet.  All 18 gone.

Diary not over as I have 5 of the chem bomb autos in the tent

Hoping they make it as its 30-40c up there in the day cos of this sun

Fingers crossed
