Amnesia
Hi @seb88 They nice and uniform from here although you say the OGC's are a little behind. My OGC was also behind but once they get going and settle in the new pots you will see them soon catching up. I was thinking of trying those air-pots myself, nice root mass there. Are they a pain to water? I water slowly anyhow but i hear some say it comes out the sides? I've put that down to watering too quickly though which you will probably agree. Just forgot i'm in soil if it would make a difference. Anyway all the best, grand job.
seb88
Cheers @Amnesia I don't really want to set up another tent so will probably flip them all together. If the gorillas get a bit out of control I can always supercrop them will pot them up in the next few days and will flip in the next week I reckon. I really like the airpots and don't have any issues with water coming out of the holes. Like you said I think that's only if you throw all the water down at once. I always pack the Coco against the sides when potting up, this helps keep the water in and stops it all falling apart when you pot up next time. Cleaning them is a bit of a pain, I usually give them a scrub with a stiff brush in some watered down bleach then rinse off in the shower.
seb88
Hi Since the last update I've potted them all up into their final 20litre airpots. Got rid of the smallest OGC and they've all just been put into flower. Each 4 plants now has 1.2m² area and the COB's have been upped to 600w each. Quick gorillas Ocean Grown Cookies Full set (gorillas at the back) The gorillas were around 17-18" tall before flipping, the OGC's ranged from 11-14". I might be having some fun keeping the gorillas short after the stretch, we will see. Cheers Seb

seb88
Hi guys We are now on day 8 of flower. It looks like the stretch has begun. The OGC's are now ranging from 17-22" tall, and the quick gorillas are 22-27". I'm slightly concerned about how big these gorillas are going to get, I'm going away for a week on the 10th, so will have a mate looking after them during this time. This will time it around the last week of stretch, so if there's any supercropping to do he's in charge. But I'm sure it'll be fine They are now just starting to show some flowers, so I will start to trickle in some PK with my base nutes. Really impressed with the intense nutrients, the plants all look nice and healthy and they are starting to fill out nicely! Quick Gorillas Ocean Grown Cookies Cheers Seb

seb88
Now then It's been another week and we are now on day 15 of flower. Since the last update I've setup my watering system to save me some work. The 20litre pots are now getting watered daily and they are each drinking around 3.5 litres per day. Stretch Gorillas are now ranging from 34-42" tall (22-27" a week ago) - approx 2" per day Ocean Grown Cookies range from 24-30" (17-22" a week ago) - approx 1" per day Nutes I'm feeding 2ml/litre foundation roots 3ml/litre of A+B 0.3ml/litre of PK Phite (will up to 0.5 this next week) They all look pretty happy to me. Plants haven't really asked for anything Gorillas - some nice little flowers starting to form now Ocean Grown Cookies - 2nd shot shows height difference of gorillas in background I then gave them a little defol to allow a bit more light and air to pass through the canopy. Next update I will have them all lollipopped before going on my hols Cheers Seb Edited February 4, 2020 by seb88
seb88
Was checking my plants over and found a few of these on one of my gorillas. Is this a hermie? I thought it was just undeveloped calyxes but it's looking a bit suspect. Last photo shows another above it with pistols coming out.

seb88
Right so plant has come down. Chopped a branch off for a better look, there's quite a few balls around. Too many to try and pinch them off Carefully took the plant out, binned, washed clothes, showered, hopefully theres been no pollen released... Should have picked this up much earlier so massive fail on my part

Mimicker
Ooh Eck get checking in on the other plants, happened to me very recently with a PAK that I had cooked by leaving the radiator heating the tent right next to the pot. Dolt. Gotta crack these things up to experience
