Was a bit late getting to the plot last night, was dark by the time i turned it all over. I forgot 6 clear cups with copper tape. 

 

Put enough slug pellets down to wipe out all the slugs in wales. Not good for wildlife i know but it was raining and slugs will he everywhere today.

Since we have been doing towers, we haven't had slug problems,

a few Rambo slugs make it....when I put 9 volts through copper tape nothing got through....

expensive but worth it

Had me thinking of that Rambo scene where Stallone is attached to a metal frame and being electrocuted

 

Going to check that 9v copper tape out

It lasted a whole season, and still had 4.7 volts left....nothing got past....
