@beezee I would do mate but don't really know what I'm doing!  What would you suggest? Just remove everything from the bottom third of the plant? All suggestions gratefully received!

Yes mate, strip off everything from the bottom third, take out skinny little branches from the middle and get rid of the biggest fan leaves. 

 

It can look quite drastic, but you'll end up with more bud and it'll be a better quality. 

 

Is best to get a nice shape thru veg, but you'll be ok doing it now.

If you look at my plants you'll see that I like use lst a few weeks before flower, this gives them a nice open structure without needing to cut loads out. Something to think about for next season.
