zztopbudz Posted March 2, 2016 Author Share Posted March 2, 2016 Hello mate yep the top bulb is 400w hps and the bottom is a 250w metal halide. The key to heat removal is a small fan mounted under the bulbs blowing up, pushing a warm column of air up where the 2 four inch fans and filters suck it out. It means the plants can sit very near the bulb with no heat stress. If you search for doughnut of weed you will see lots of info. I rate it that much, im currently building 2 purpose built rooms built around the vertical growing style. The team tell me there was 4 possible phenos 3 very kush dominant the other very haze dominant which I would say is the stretcher I will be watching this with interest and will you be documenting your grow room build? But like buses you will get 2 in a row. 3 weeks of flowering and the stretch on these girls has had me worried. The pheno 1 had been laid down after about a week of stretch. The other pheno 3 is at the top of my drobe, I need them to stop now . Budding is well under way. Pheno 3 behind the light. That u can see in my signature link. So this Sunday will be 4 weeks. I had a look today and all is well. They are on 2 mil of plant magic bloom and quarter dose of boost. Just increased that to half dose of boost today. More updates Sunday or Monday all being well. I think the new space is going to produce as much as possible for the 650w each room will have. touch woood just a low hum of the fans. what build were you talking about? This was my last build in 2006 in my loft. It served me well for 6 or so years.
