shire
nice diary shire, plants are a picture of health and buds look lovely mate. Thanks mate, can't wait to get to the sampling stage with these Oh yes shire that looks a beauty mate. I look Forward to seeing these finish. I'm also very much looking forward to your final weight for the led. Do you still think it'll produce more than 75g? Cheers K-B. I am very eager to see how this 75w light has performed too, It looks at the moment that it will be well over 75g, we will see... Looking good shire Thanks, happy days What's the cost of the led out of interest Bloody expensive Just google HS1 Led for all the blurb looks a million times better than the one I did Not at all chronic , and after what you said about your Night QueenI cannot wait... Amazing photos shire Thanks mate , learning all the time That's the ladies at day 52 ,Circumstance has got the better of me and I will need to harvest these at day 56 a week short of what I had planned, Not to worry though as they are all well frosty, most of the trichs are cloudy, with some going amber and all the buds are nice and solid on both sides of the tent. They are now just on plain water till chop. A couple of pics from today. I will get more lights on and full plant pics up before the chop, oh and smell in the tent is stunning hope all are nicely stoned Edited May 19, 2015 by shire

shire
Cheers Tony, chopped at day 57 as work got in the way so they never reached full fatness. Been sampling them all for a few days now,...really like them all Rolled a small joint of all three strains at a pals on the weekend, then staggered home in a very funny way,, I could not believe the nick I was in.... Will be along soon with a proper smoke report after a bit more of a cure and a final trim Couple of pics
K-B
What were your final weights shire? I'm still curious about the hs1
shire
Hi @@K-B, I was more than happy with the final weights from both sides of the tent mate. The Hps side yielded 360g of nice nugs along with 110g of small buds for my oil mix. The HS1 managed 113g of nice nugs along with 40g of small buds for the oil. So I am well impressed with the outcome from the led and look forward to learning how to get the best from it over the next few grows. I fancy the idea of doing a scrog in my DS60 with just the HS1, Time will tell All three strains are top notch so far and I will be be posting a proper smoke report on them all soon. The Orange Hill special is very potent and it smells and tastes of Orange. The Night Queen seems to be very well named indeed and the last strain that was unnamed so far is actually called Medi Red Angel, which is a new unreleased strain from DP. It has a profile of 14%CBD /14% THC. Getting off the couch is difficult with this one, been loving every minute of it, but not getting much done..The last pic in my last post is the Red Angel. Anyway full report and dry bud pics to follow soon once I have made my oil, and hope all are nicely stoned
K-B
Thats a fantastic yield shire, you must be happy. That hs1 seems like a great piece of kit. I look forward to your smoke reports, the orange hill sounds lovely!

shire
Been a while since I have been in here, mostly because I wanted the buds to cure a bit before I attempted a final smoke report , here goes.... What an oh so very nicely stoned and enjoyable summer I’ve been having with these strains, most enjoyable in the extreme, all the bases covered so to speak. The Orange Hill Special is a strain I will be growing again for sure in the near future, it’s potent, smells of orange, tastes like orange, along with a very floral bouquet, orange skunk indeed, it is so very moreish and uplifting, and I don’t have much left unfortunately, not to worry . A really strong happy stoned feeling on it, whether in a vape, pipe or joint, along with an easy to handle strong head and body effect. Great for going out and about and socialising, having fun...for me anyway. The Night queen is so different, sedative and calming, smells of rich zingy lime zest and is very smooth to smoke and extremely quick acting . NQ makes my limbs go limp for sure, oh and the eyelids... strong stuff! Having a vape after work, instantly takes away any stress from the day. Having a smoke at bed time also does the trick, so the name Night Queen suites it well. I did make the mistake of having a couple of volcano bags, then going to the shops. Left a bag in one shop, dropped a bag in another and to top it all had a dose of the “peter paranoia” in a Q. Suffice to say I was glad to get home that day...So Night Queen for me is a home smoke, happy days. @@K-B and @@greenvigilante apologies for the very late reply I am well pleased with how HS1 went, no regrets so far...for 75W it rocks. My next DP outing will a first go at some autos, probably a December start, looking forward to it . Hope all are nicely stoned and thanks for looking
