any one using led lights newbie looking to give it a go

Lighting needs are simple veg requires higher blue specra of light to reduce stretch and build good frame and flower needs both red and blue light spectra to proproduce cannaboids for example blue spectra bulbs metal halides, t5 fl, 6500k cfls, dual spectra hps will get a little stretch with that as for led a panel with right spectra and par will work but lumens and par from led is less so more and clser is needed just like cfls but for small vegging plants can be good for flowering id say hps just down to par and lumen per m2 thanks for reading

wow this is all getting a bit scientific ...in my experience , stick em under a bright enough light , water them, a bit of nutes =job done
