thanks canabliss there just coming up to 4 weeks friday

plan on taking them 9 - 10 weeks as there in with 2 blue dreams (blueberry x haze) so expect these will be around the ten week mark

so another 5 - 6 weeks and they gonna be belters all being well bud

quick update on the cheese ibl's

ive recently realised that the cheese ibl #1 is in fact an almost exact replica of a plant ive been searching for near on 9 years now

THE GRAPEFRUIT HAZE PHENO

the grapefruit haze

ive searched through many many different grapefruit and cindy 99 strains and crosses throughout this time all to no avail

nothing was identical

sometimes things turn up in the strangest places where you least expect them (cheese wtf) ??? but hey i aint complaining

i would of been willing to pay a lot of money for a cut of my old grapefruit plant worth its weight in gold

so 20 euros (paid less i think) for these seeds is a bargain

the sickly smell that i could smell before in the stem is now turning to a very pungent rotting fruit smell

the flowers are a smell of sweet grapefruit and peppery haze with a sharp zesty smell to her similar to my psychosis in early flower reminds me of shiva lines id say always find these type of plants can tend to sting the nose a little similar to a nettle always associate this with shivas very resinous plants usually

does have a smell of the uk cut to her but it is a (very) faint undertone

this undertone however does smell more like the original uk cheese cut

not like # 2 which is more like the dutch style cheese smell now if that makes any sense

still very strong pungent cheese smell but just not a strong and intense as the cut

it takes some beating though lets be honest

so anyhow needless to say #2 is of little interest to me anymore although i'll be saving the cut just incase

my main focus now is getting this plant in seed form asap selfing being the obvious quickest option but will work on a bx with her

i will also be crossing her to the psychosis, both my psychosis bx1's (the blues pheno and the psychosis pheno)

and my blue cheese # 4 (mold resistant) see what comes out

still cant believe this pheno has come bk my way tbh i was only saying to someone the other day wish id of known how to clone properly and reverse a female bk then

id of selfed my original grapefruit plant and what a loss it was to not have her anymore

now ive got it bk but with the added bonus of a hint of cheese

funny how life turns out

yeah these have been cropped and il be on it with a smoke report and some dry shot pics as soon as I can get round to it been kinda busy over the holiday period so haven't been online much
