Organic Jim
Man that auto is immense, top growing Jim & enjoy Hi there buddski, glad to see you Serpent For you dear snakey, the sticky as syrup lower buds and a view of the whole main bud from below. Blue Velvet B Now let me show you the Blue Moonshine. I thought the yellowest bits were budrot starting, but it was actually the inner stem dying off So I felt better to chop now with a few unfinished tips (but with a fair few amber heads) than lose buds to mould! As it is, the stone off this girl is very mighty indeed, I'll go into that more when I do the dry bud photos later. Blue Moonshine

Organic Jim
And Flo's flower top, beautiful. Proper Flo smell, proper Flo colouring in 28o average temps. She's also just starting to chuck green shoots out after a while in the 20/4 zone and the Grow feed, so I've got another shot at her with a view to getting several ounces. The High is so motivational that the other day, I smoked a Flo spliff then got up, went out and scrubbed a 40ft long fence clean for the L.O.L next door! I've got some more to resize an' that so I'll get them posted as soon as. Thanks for tuning in everyone  Happy Day . Let's celebrate! Organic Jim
Water curing James? New one for me that one, care to explain it fellow? Mighty Blueberry btw Hiya man, you surprise me, a fellow of your knowledge! In a nutshell, you take freshly cut cannabis, and totally submerge it in lukewarm water (not cold, that may make the trichomes brittle and fall off) Then you leave it alone for 24 hours and then carefully change the water. Repeat this daily water change for a week to ten days and you'll see the water change through a stinky shitty brown green, back to totally clear. the buds will look plump and very vibrant when you take them out to dry. The water has leached all the water soluble crapola from your bud and it dries fairly quickly. The theory is that it takes the bad and leaves the good making a quick smooth "cured" smoke. My reality was like a grass fire. I've saved a chunky bud to do a photo comparison very soon. Thanks for the interest mate

Ganjasattva
Fabulous Bud-Shots! Wowie! Whats the deal with the water cure? Never heard of it before - always something to learn here, even for an old-schooler like me! P.S. Jim I oversaw that you had already explained it, interesting process, must try it sometime. Thanks for the explaination. Edited June 24, 2013 by Ganjasattva

Organic Jim
OK chaps, here's the results of the Ice~o~lator run. I knackered the mixer within 1 minute, so this was 30 minutes beating by hand with a potato masher and 2kg of Marks and Spencer springwater ice cubes. The darker hash is what got through the bag/sieve and was density-seperated over a couple of days. The lighter hash is what the 75micron bag caught. The equation. 150g resinous trim and fluffy under-buds, 50g decent popcorn and good tops, 10g water cured buds. 4kg ice, 12L cold water. Mash for 30 mins then pour through a 220 micron sieve/bag. Dry the collected resin in the 75 bag and leave the murky water overnight. Press and mould and roll the big beige chunk for 2 days while carefully pouring off water from the resin bucket Result 10g of partial melt water hash and 2.5g of dark, charas like slow burning hash. The Black (hard but soon soft and shapeable) The Blonde (soft, gooey and putty like. the light flecks are dry-sift to stop it sticking)
Organic Jim
A couple of shots down the zoom o scope, not the greatest but you get the idea. And of course, the obligatory bong-bowl shot. My favourite way of smoking this hash is in a dry bong with just enough for one long, slow lungful in the bowl, then heat with hempwick/beeline but don't let the flame touch the hash. It melts and bubbles before turning to a very fine ash. It's very strong and surprisingly tasty for water hash. Cheers guys OJ
