I suppose the sentiment I am trying to express is that many of us see the same crack but have not sought said crowbar. Now you have brought your toolkit, hopefully we can apply some extra torque. If we do get a positive ruling from the ECHR I fully expect Cantheist Organisations and Meeting Halls to appear throughout Europe almost instantaneously. Or to continue the metaphor, if we manage to open a crack in the law I see no end of people happily jumping up and down on the other end of the crowbar.
