djay Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 On my 3x200watt 2x Ecolight and 1x Envirolight i allways put them around 5inch off the top of the plant for first week of veg then drop it to around 2 inch for the fulltime all the way through flower , i keep em as close as i can with an osci fan just pushing the air around as they aint really hot enough to burn the plant as long as there is good a nice lil breeze going.
