It might sound over the top but a 14cm stud wall filled with acoustic material that sets like concrete. Techsound acoustic material (the stuff music studios use), then soundproof plasterboard. The company that did it, explained about getting soundproof boards that you attach to the party wall, then soundproof plasterboard will do jack shit. You need a stud wall to get the best effect.
