Lunar Planting

This topic should be banned, it’s just not scientifically rigorous enough, and should be treated as misinformation.

If science hasn’t figured it out yet, it’s not real.

For gods sake ( not literally god because of course he’s not real) Follow The Science!!

There is one distinct advantage to sewing 2 days before a full moon over sowing 2 days after.

That is more growing days .

I love learning everybody perspective on subjects, but in this case the rest of the conditions are more important than the moons influence on the earth.

If the temps are too low , the soil is too compact etc .

Just my 2p worth

Hope you're all good , well and healthy

It's your time you'll be wasting, feel free to crack on and perceive the results however you like.

i'm surprised plant don't drop their seeds the week before a full moon lol

If you ignore the small variations in the Moon's orbit (which amount to about 10% of the distance to the Moon), the force felt by a person on the Earth's surface does not vary with lunar phase

people need to do more research into physics to understand these things, then they will not show their ignorance.

You said it yourself, it’s a multi-billion pound industry…  Those scientists are taking back-handers from Big Ag, who’s profits from fertiliser, pesticides, seed etc. would all plummet if people knew the truth about lunar planting..   :ninja:

Try and reason yourself out of that!

Now, if you don’t mind, me and my ego have got overly invested in some other ideas which I need to defend….

Question is, have the physicists accounted for the fact that the moon has been hollowed out by our reptilian overlords?

I’m sure all that cheese removal has effected its mass and therefore gravitational pull of the water on earth…
