It's certainly a bummer alright, just goes to show you can't afford to take your eye off in this game as it can go shit shaped PDQ..anyways, onwards and upwards, I've had an 11 roses quietly vegging in the growfridge and put 9 tiny rooted clones off her straight into 12/12 yesterday, I'll start a new thread... Before and after shots, hanging on to the mums until clones are rooted...just in case... Modded a new top for the coolerbox res to veg on the clones once rooted...straight swap over from the two pot lid... Each mesh pot has a single spout fed from the res with a maxijet 1000...saves money on leccy and promotes good root balls. stu914 Posted January 9 Author Share Posted January 9 Afternoon all, The new modded top works a treat, the best nine from twelve were vegged on until yesterday when they were topped and tailed then went into the flower room under 12/12. I've gone back to the very first all in one system and done away with individual pots...for now... Two layers of spreader mat are under the top plate to encourage the roots to cover the table and not clog up the drain channels, as a result water/feed times are reduced to every two hours Feed levels are 1/3 strength, EC 1.1 from .5 base. stu914 Posted January 27 Author Share Posted January 27 Evening all, I'm hoping the stretch is pretty much over at 19 days 12/12 as these have put on a spurt. The support mesh is in place, undercarriage stripped out and buds are forming. Environment is spot on, day temps 26c, night 23c. Humidity hovering around 50% day/night. Res temps are 24c, watered 15mins every hour 24/7 using just over 1/2 recommended strength @ 2.5ml per ltr EC 1.6....they're lovin' it... My phone is from the Ark, certainly couldn't use it to upload here. Just added the temp/humid meter pic to dispel the widely held belief that high temps are necessary with leds...they're not...!! Estimated finish is 9 weeks but I think they will be done a few days earlier. Final flush with plain water starting tomorrow for around a week to ten days...
