Sure setting up a business with a Thai where they own 51% of the company is one way to do it. Need someone you can trust. I'm learning to read and write and hopefully it means in 5 years time or something, I could apply to be a pernament resident and receive a Thai I'd and passport. That way I could 100% own things in my name. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions. There's a lot of opportunity out here for people in the construction trade, plumbers, electricians, general handymen....
