So it needs to go 

 

Osb board ----> Breathable membrane ----> insulation -----> plasterboard 

 

Although if I'm feeling flush I could put another sheet of osb board inbetween the insulation and plaster board.

membrane (if sheds not water tight) - osb - frame and insulation - osb - plasterboard - reflective material - plants

 

you don’t have to have the plasterboard if you don’t want but it gives some fire protection and some sound insulation, you could just use the osb as the final layer and paint it white a few times..

 

or another layer of insulation (celltex) on top of osb then you don’t need reflective material..

 

I may be over thinking it for an internal space but that’s how you would build it from scratch, and if it’s damp in there you may need to do all that..
