Here's some photos

They are roughly 9 days old(didn't know I was doing a diary)

Just using water ph'd to 5.8

Roots are looking good

Some are ready to be potted.

I usually wait till they're all ready

Or do I pot up as soon as each ones ready?

Temps a bit lower than normal.had a power cut this morning and all my lights were out when I got home from work :wallbash:

It's amazing how many habits we can end up with,

I see that you grow in coco.

I've grown in compost for quite a while now and I have just started seeds for my first run in coco.

I wasn't sure how the rootit plugs would be with getting soaked every feed/water(I haven't tried these before for seeds) so I did some in rootits and the others in Jiffy 7 pellets.

I didn't even pH the water for the Jiffys(I forgot),

but they look great :)

I did use myco chum and great white on both.

I'll be sticking up some photos later for my diary.

Atb with the grow and the diary keeping.

large.20210111_174052.jpglarge.20210111_174044.jpgI've used coco from the start.its great I love it.

I've never used compost before.

I've just rooted cuttings in an xstream for mother plants.(failed a few times using root riot)

Was thinking about starting a diary for that too.

Since you use compost can you reccomend what to use?

I've read of people having success using tap water for seeds and cuttings.....knowing my luck it wouldn't work.

I usually use great white when transplanting but I've ran out.

I've been on your profile but can't get onto your diary?help please :wallbash:

What's your water like?

Hard/soft/pH?

Absolutely get another diary on the go,

we're always learning stuff from each other.

I've mostly just used Biobizz allmix for mature plants and Grow sure seedling and cutting compost from the supermarket for youngsters,

so I can't really compare them.

I recently have been adding coco to my compost to try to speed up nutrient and water uptake to match the power of the Lumatek Zeus 600W Pro and changed from Biobizz to Intense Nutrients

I'm pretty happy with the initial result.

These went 12/12 4 weeks ago in compost/coco/perlite /worm castings.

Below: these are exactly 2 weeks behind the ones above, they are in I think it's called gold label compost(it's in a gold coloured bag).

Both being given @Intense Nutrients

I've got 3 diaries up,

Just started.

Diyleduk competition diary.

Just ended.

This is where my UK420 journey began

and continues as a rolling diary.

Have you got a grow shop nearby or do you have to order in?

large.20210117_154436.jpglarge.20210117_154610.jpgpotted up today

Some are looking a bit shabby...don't know why?

I pump fresh water from the flumed and heated res into the builders bucket and pump from the builders bucket to pots when mixed.large.20210117_155416.jpglarge.20210117_163123.jpg

My waters 7.0 ph and doesn't show anything on the ec pen

5ml/l of root tonic

20ml/5l of a and b grow and bloom  to get 1.0 ec

A few drops of ph down to get 5.8 ph

I used coco natural and only half fill the pots

The humidity is only 55 so I use the bottles to raise it a bit.

Temps are set at 21°c but its been 19°c lights off recently.(oil heaters been trying but scotlands temps are beating it )

day time temps are between 24°c - 26°clarge.20210117_155539.jpg

There was some feed left so I've put a pump in to flume.

Think I've put all the info in :g:

Feeding at 1.0 ec with 5ml/l of root tonic every 2 days
