Hi @Apollo,  no news as far as im aware.   I will check mail shortly but certainly no contact via here.

Hi , @Apollo & @Tommy  ,   if you gents dont have any updates today i will catch up with you upon my return from working away.  

 

I am due to be away for 9 days but believe it wont be as long as this due to security & ongoing covid issues.    

 

I would be grateful for any updates to come via here as theres a slight chance i will be able to reply during my time away.

@Apollo & @Tommy        Hi guys,  just a quick note to say my replacement seeds arrived today :)     Thank you very much for resolving this.  

 

Also would you have any   Snow Fruit   seeds tucked away ?     It would appear to be out of stock almost everywhere i look, is it being discontinued ?

Lucky you OldFord. Needless to say I still haven't heard a thing from anyone regarding my issues. I know these are troubling times but this is not the Sweet Seeds I've known for a good few years now. I'm hopefull that it's just a slight glitch and not the way SS are going to start treating their loyal long term customers.

Sorry to hear your still in seed limbo !!    If its any consolation my seeds just appeared , no info , no messages, just arrived but very thankful.    

 

Hopefully yours arrive sharpishm  ;)

With all the current madness going on in the world , my seeds are pretty insignificant in all honesty.    I purchased elsewhere and at least i have stock for next year now :)     

 

No point getting a rant on as its not Tommys or Aplos fault and to be fair Sweet Seeds have been ultra reliable and very generous over the years,  1 error in trying times and over 6yrs cant be bad !

I have no doubt that once we return to some sort of normality this will just be a small issue that will be forgotten about. It shall in no way affect my collecting of sweet seeds souvenirs. 

Obviously I'm hoping that I get my problems with them asap but I'm not holding my breath.

Due to new email security tools being implemented, there have been problems.
