Nearly killed her when I added more soil and over watered her but she hung in there, i let her dry out and is cracking on now. 

   

 I'm firing up a little light box with a fan to giver her some extra hours and keep her warm at night to reward her for her efforts so far.

It's an off-the-shelf one: 

Ecothrive Biosys: Instant-microbe-Tea. 

I sterilise my seedling compost in the microwave. 

The microbe tea hopefully helps the beneficial microbes make a recovery.

Make a hole big enough to sit it in, Cover it with compost and it will be fine. As the plant grows just add a bit more top soil to cover anything that shows

@Ned Flanders wtf dude.. has that come up out the soil then curled round 360 before growing up again?.. looks healthy mind.. I think my worry would be as it continues to grow upwards it may snap itself.. but I reckon it will be sweet.. cover it over a bit so the twist is under soil a bit.

Be interesting to see how she fairs up.. had few twists before but nothing quite like that..
