Good luck with your grow. Just don't expect much in terms of yield from the CFL. I never managed to crop enough to warrent the time spent growing :/

large.IMG_20191001_175016-1824x1368.jpgI've soaked another nug before I do an update. Just thought I would show the translucent shell with the slowly hydrating plant inside.

Nice healthy looking plants despite the horrific sounding week they've had...

8 t8kWell I got the multimeter out and the threads of the socket that the bulb screws into isn't contacting the wire in the socket 100%. A smack in the right bit with a screwdriver l8r should see it good. Need to do a feed but not under shite-lights.

When should I start flower nutes? She's currently on 3ml/l bio bizz grow and loving it.

Fed 3ml grow and 2ml bloom tonight and 130w cfl going on in morning. They were a bit saggy tonight, fingers crossed the devil cream looks better tomorrow, the brains escape seem to be plodding along nicely.

Be careful with your bulb contacts. You don't want a temporary solution that could possibly cause arcing :)

When it comes to nutes i always wait to see what the plant wants. If it's not showing any deficiency then i don't feed. There'll be a fair amount in the soil. You can do more harm from overfeeding than underfeeding. Hopefully your CFL is powerful enough to flower the plants out properly. As i said before i always found the CFL yields to be too low to be worth the time spent growing. But, as you said; That's my problem ;)

A 65W veg strip from @diyleduk would actually give you a better yield, and draw half as much power. But, that's just my opinion. Best of luck
