My main goal is to beat what I managed last year which was around 24-26g some where around there, I would guess there is at least that there now, but with a good three weeks left to cook hopefully she will fatten and swell to an outrageous extent but we’ll see. The long long veg and the late finish - the question is can you do it? I reckon you can and going to show us how it's done. Hope the final weeks are kind to you mate. I certainly can my friend, not long left now, a couple of weeks, might push it for three if there’s enough drying time, might be a bit tight tho, so I am going to stick my neck out and say I’ll chop it down say on the fourteenth or fifteenth which will leave me around two weeks to dry, I would like a bit longer to dry usually, but once it’s dried I can leave it to cure for as long as is required.
