I had the same problems mate. All my beans cracked, but then stalled and rotted out. Luckily @HSO-Mark, being the generous guy that he is, sent in the resupply and now I have a lovely little bubba noodle princess. (Can you tell I'm attached to this one!?!  )

I'm sure you'll have more luck this time too.

Re-potty time

quick recap of bits being used;

In the Gk tub is some soil from my no-till pot + some kelp powder, neem powder, rice hulls and 1/2 teaspoon of water retaining gel/crystals which has been sitting for about a month ish and is teaming with mites

bit of my soil mix in the bottom followed by more water crystals + 2 1/4 of a biotab…..

bit more soil mix + a vital friend, Bubbas worm

and in she goes. left some space for topping up later on plus added a few small chunks of d.e…

 

Final top up of strulch + some secret agents

Might have given this slightly too much attention but its been so long since this started and being the only survivor of 6 I thought why not

Under a t5 for now for a few days then under a 400mh.

the next few days should tell me if my mix is too wet so fingers crossed till then
