ForrestGreens
So chaps firstly apologies for the late entry had things going for a few weeks just havent got around to sorting photos etc out. Have to say very excited for this round! Going to be running 4 of each in 2 seperate tents, 1x1m and 1.2x1.2m. Going to be using biocanna nutes, and a combo of led, cmh, and hps lighting. The seeds so far are spot on, had an 11/12 poppage ratio one zkittzo didnt make it sadly, gorilla haze popped faster and seems stronger thus far but both are lush green and healthy as. Black pots are zkittzo, brown are gorilla haze. Using bat special, which gave a slight burn at first but no problems otherwise! ForrestGreens
The difference a week can make! Topped em all off at the 5th node (down from 7th), cleared some of the bottom stuff up and let them go. Going to just do 2 of each strain in each tent, see how the strains react to the difference in lighting for future gorrila seed runs Possible that this may become a modified mainline but we shall see how the ladies go according to what i wanna do. Had a major defoliation today ready too switch to 12/12 within the next few days/week, every plant has shown its sex at this point also, all fems (after having a male in a fem pack last run this made me a very happy man ). Anyway enough waffling heres some photos, pre & post defoliation, and some undershots of the structure. Keep it green ForrestGreens
ForrestGreens
Howdy folks, its offical now we are in flower! Gorilla haze in the big tent are sitting around 1 1/2 weeks and holy shit have these ladies stretched, skitz are sitting just shy of a week in flower and looking lovely. These lovely ladies have just had a little defoliation, noticed alot of the stems have started to show purp, aswell as the leaves are starting to. Hoping for some purp on these now love me some colours! The mighty gorillas!! I had a 4 days away and i kid you not one of them stretched 30cm in that time, from the floor the largest stands at around 140cm (thats with heavy supercropping). Pistils are popping everywhere, excitement isnt the word Keep it green ForrestGreens

ForrestGreens
@panik cheers mate... some would say its down to the genetics haha! Anyhow back with another update, i did mean to have a couple more inbetween this one but busy times, ill make up for this later on when things are a bit more exciting... like now. Skitz didnt seem to stretch much, about 3 1/2 weeks into flower heads starting to pop, sugars kicking and the terps are sweet and pungent, some with a sour candy smell and others with more of a taste the rainbow sort of nostril punch (if that even makes sense). Switched the 315w argo bulb in today, will either leave it for the duration or switch back to daylight for the last week or two. Now the mighty gorillas, sitting around 4 1/2 weeks into flower, loving the way these ladies are stacking up now looking to yield large, a mixture of sweet lemon/ammo terps coming through. These have a 450w led on them also but for photos sake im turning it off during. Keep it green ForrestGreens

ForrestGreens
Right lads havent been as consistent with updates so a bigger one is due today! Everything chugging along nicely, just started the 7th week on the gorillas and about 5 1/2 weeks deep on the skitz. I have to say in the last few weeks ive fell inlove with the skitz! Apologies for the photo spam, but im really loving the way these girls are stacking sugar and pushing through some colours. Not the biggest yielding set of plants ive had but its certainly going have bang for its buck, all super dense and frosty nugs, some have a multitude of fruit armoas all mixed together nice skittzles wiffs, whereas ive found some have a pungent sunny D (california style) smell i love them all. The gorillas! Also a very pretty plant for me, stacking buds like no tomorrow, developed a nice habit of snapping themselves, a problem ill gladly have! Super sweet lemon smells floating around this room, pic is of the smallest of the gorillas as its the only one i can get out. Thus far both strains to go on my rerun list, both for different reasons. Another 2 weeks max on these ladies id say, the flush shall begin very soon. Keep it green ForrestGreens
