zztopbudz
Alright boys here we go another week but with the 400 instead of the 250. They have been potted up and it seems they were waiting for that yellow hps glow to start speeding up veg growth. The Sour Orange Diesel is starting to get a bit leggy but I can control her in that position . The Lemonade is perfect so far for my needs. No stretch about her so far, extremely compact. Ive been spraying regularly with neem and I haven't got anything moving on the leaves. Maybe thrips , I just saw a couple of maggoty things eating the leaves under a microscope. Now there is nothing , just old damage. The Lemonade looking lush. Starting to chuck out them big fan leaves which speeds the whole process up. The Sour Orange Diesel has been pinched out numerous times and she doesn't want to put out any low shoots. I feel she is gonna be a stretcher and have her nearest the door so I can train her over the top of the door if she gets big. She will grow up that wall and I will train her round to the right if I need more room for her. She is gonna fill that space nicely and in that position she can easily spread out . As long as I can get in the door. That is with my phone on the slant looking down at her. All of them on the sides will basically grow a few inches then be on the slant, their whole life. So far this is how I'm gonna position them but I feel the green crack next to her may grow a bit too similar and may need to go somewhere else. I'm finding my feet in this new room of course , still. That's it for another week. I think they have both reached the stage where they have enough size to start growing a bit quicker. Its all cool with me. Pleasure to grow so far. zz

zztopbudz
Oi oi Another week and slowly but surely they are coming on. Lemonade on the left Sour Orange on the right. As you can see they have both now hit the slope and are growing up the roof. The Lemonade is chucking out new growth. Slowly but surely , slow to medium growth still. The Sour Orange Diesel is on the ceiling plenty now. Looking more and more sat dom this one. As soon as she starts growing quicker , I'm gonna train her all around the top of the door. Don't really have to do a lot with training. She can just slowly Grow up the wall. She is pushing against the angle of the wall and flattening herself and then inching up the incline. That's it for another week. They are on 18/6 and are having 3 feeds over the day. Temps are 25 ish lights on and 22/23 lights off. I cant help thinking that the 6 inch fan is not giving me enough airflow maybe for the plants. I will be happier when I can get the 8 inch in here with the carbon filter. Within a week or so it will be free. Till next week zz

We have , give or take 11 weeks before I go 12/12 Hopefully I will show you how I can train and fill up every inch of my small space. I wanna pot them up to 11l finals asap so I can train them and leave them alone. Next week ill go up to 6.6s and give them 2 or 3 weeks to root them out then up to 11s for 5 or 6 weeks of vegging to root them out and then the flip. They are getting prettier tho zz

zztopbudz
Cheers Perky mate, and welcome aboard So I'm a bit late for the weekend update but here they were 7 days later after the last update. The Sour Diesel Orange is showing her legs and starting to inch up ceiling. She is looking more and more gangly and sativa looking. I think she will grow a little bit like tomatoes on a vine. Of course this is all veg and I think in flower she will be a different beast. But she is stretching herself out , which is what I want . Her location is nearest the door and easiest for me to comfortably work on. This girl is gonna be trained all over the show. I'm also expecting a bit of a mad stretch off her as well. So far she reminds me very much of my cream 47 and the way she grows. Still quite thin in her foliage , and still growing at a fairly slow pace. But healthy and doing her thing. Totally opposite looking by the day is The Lemonade OG This girl is so much like an indica its not true. She has a central fat main stem and is putting out new growing tips quite well after a little pinch out. I'm likening the way she is bushing already. Again very healthy and even tho slowly she looks well and is building herself a nice structure for my room. The slanty roof shot as you can see both are on it now , at last . Don't really wanna mess around with screens again unless I have to . as you can see how I'm anchoring them , just a screw and a bit of garden wire. I was getting ahead of myself with this room and it was only up and running because I had a spare 6 inch ruck laying around. The plants were only supposed to be seedlings and the big fan and filter from the garage was supposed to be free a month ago. I had suffered a few extremely hot days and lost a few seedlings because the fan wasn't up to the task. I was thinking maybe more airflow was needed to help the plants go mad with growth. At last the other day , out with the 6 incher. Which was just sitting in the 8 inch ducting , not even taped up. In with my 8 inch bad boy and a cf at last lol. As soon as I'm in there and I shut the door I can immediately feel the cool air blowing on my back being pulled up from the house. The fan has 2 speeds and I have found most of the year I can get away with half speed. Only when extremely hot do I have to crank her up to full pelt. That is the final bit of the room in place now. Plants are being fed 3 times a day . Only 2 days till the next update now hooray Over and out zz
zztopbudz
Oi oi one more week of veg and no problems to report. First the Lemonade Og Still plodding on slowly but surely. After I took these shots the weekend I decided to pull some of the bigger fans off the lemonade and trained a few of her branches to the left and tried to open her up a bit to the light. The Sour Diesel Orange , cant knock her either. Coming on and spreading herself out driving herself up the wall lol. Ive been pinching her out as you can see. I quite like the medium pace of veg for these two as it gives me plenty of time to plan her training route . I expect that both of them may well plod on in veg at this rate and then in flowering the old turbo will switch on and they will fly,,,,up. Over and out for another week zz

zztopbudz
Here we go another week and the Lemonade had some of its fans removed to expose some of the underneath stuff. Ive also got a few wires on her and pulled her to the left a bit and generally opened her up a bit to give the Green Crack next to her a bit of room . She slowly plods on , giving nice new growing tips. Cant wait to see how this one flowers , im hoping she wont stretch madly considering the way she vegged. But sometimes slow veggers more than make up for it in their flowering /budding speed. You see the Green Crack next to her is now slightly taller and that plant can grow about 3 times quicker than the lemonade. The Sour Orange Diesel is doing well . Climbing up the wall. Becoming very branchy and leggy , will be an interesting challenge with this girl come flowering time cos im pretty sure she will double or triple. If she does I will train her up and all over the ceiling and probably back down again. Some goes to the right and some to the left. If you see the line I have drawn on the white ceiling , that is the shadow line where the filter blocks the light. As long as I keep the training on the light side all will be well. I think this one has slightly sped up her growth rate. But generally both of their speed of growth suits me now in veg as I have 8 weeks of vegging left yet before I can flip. Healthy and green and bug free. Over and out for another week. zz
