It's a tendency to want to feed lots of bloom to fatten them up but like you say, too much can cause probs. You've done a fine job with these anyway mate, well done Correct, too much food will reduce the flower count not up it As you know @Smokebelch prior to the current grow with me testing the Remo Nutrients, I've never used ganja specific feeds and faired well enough, little and often bud is the way Besides, reckon there be some right phat, phrosty phuckers in here tbh and that PAK see, I fancy the end product aye but oh, the slow veg just puts me right of running it tbh Enjoyed this grow so I have and cracking show, smoke em well bud
Smokebelch
@Dinafem-Mark Sorry I never updated my diary last week, life has been very hectic, I have been having lots of interviews for jobs which has been time consuming and quite stressfull, it's all been worth though it as I found out on Friday I have secured myself a great new job. Happy days. Thanks for following along and giving me some great advice along the way. So the plants were chopped last Sunday at day 62, ideally they would have been flowered for another 5 days but I was having some humidity problems and lost a Wonder Kush and a Champagne Kush cola to bud rot so I decided to chop them a bit earlier. I am gutted as they were a couple of the biggest colas in the tent. That said the chop went fine and none of my Dinafems were affected. They have been drying for a week now and I think they are nearly there so I will be testing them out in the vape later today. @botanics @SMEG HEAD @jadenugs Thanks for following along guys, this was my first diary so it's been nice having a few people along for the ride. For me the diary was well worth doing as I feel I have learned a lot from you guys input and on the back of that I will be trying some different thing next time. Cheers guys it's much appreciated. I took some photos just before I chopped them down. Here is the PAK a lovely fat single column of bud, not a very big yield and when I grow her again I will top her as I think I could get a better yield if topped. Saying that it's been great fun growing an untopped plant for a change.
Smokebelch
This is the Kush N Cheese, she is the biggest yielder out of the 3, I had a nightmare with this keeping all the branches from toppling over as I ran out of long canes, she got bent and pulled about quite a bit and I had some md flower yellowing but she turned out ok in the end. I have brought some longer canes for my next grow.
Smokebelch
And finally the White Widow, medium yielding plant but very frost rock hard nuggets so maybe she will yield more than she looks.
Smokebelch
Here thay are the day after the chop on the drying racks. I cut them up quite small as the humidity is quite high in my flat, I am going to invest in a dehumidifier as I don't want to be loosing nice buds to mould. PAK Kush N Cheese White Widow And finally a group shot. I will do some vape reports and get some dry bud shots up in the near future. I am a happy chap as I now have 8 strains of weed to enjoy including 5 new strains to get know as well. Happy days. smokie1 b c f c
well done on the harvest of organic goods happy smoking mate. the pak looks good, shame about the late nanna's tho. but you shouldn't find any seeds as it was too late into flower. maybe the odd 1 or 2 but i am sure the buds will be fine. it's when you have another tent in the same room,or growing purpetual style. that you have to worry when spotting male flowers. the white widow looks real nice and properly cooked. kush n cheese looks lush. let us know how she smokes. she looks like a good 50/50 mix of kush and cheese, with the odd double serrated leaf edge's like the cheese has. will look forward to your smoke report. as i want to run some of the kush n cheese seeds next year.
Dinafem-Mark
It sounds things have been a bit crazy around your way mate but nice to see the ladies are now down, trimmed and in the drying racks Give them a nice slow dry then into jars for a nice mellow cure. Come Xmas you will have some potent bud on your hands This has been a great grow to follow with what I would consider a very respectable end harvest some beautiful looking nugs and a lot of them Will be interesting to see the dry weight and thoughts in the end product once fully dry and cured Until then thank you from all at Dinafem for this great grow diary and enjoy the fruits of your labour All the best Mark..
