@@trollyed, some folks root clones with no gel or powder and get great results, if your having problems rooting then change the way you are doing it

I don't use any root gels or powders.

I root my cuts straight into small pots in pm soil ,watered with some rootstim a day or two before taking cuts

Then I place in propagator and check a week later no need to mist as the moisture in the soil will be enough

Clonex all the way, if the environment is right you should have a fantastic success rate.

I'm on approx 99% with clonex.
