looks grreat man, im dead jealous of that collection more so you have some varietys they dont seem to offer anymore like Blue Moonshine :(, I lucky had some Flo when they were on sale and have mine in flower for about a month now.. Same multi-coloured stems..

Well if you wanna see bud porn this will be the place, mind if i park myself for the duration? :D

High there mr Sparkles, you can park yourself wherever you please my man!

I was really lucky as Tony dragged the Blue Moonshine out of their cold storage for me, and the Flo was just being withdrawn at the time. I have really enjoyed Flo in the past (she's the bud which won me my first COTC on UK420 and my Dutch Passion pic of the month in 2007) :wanker::smoke::yahoo:

It'll be nice to compare Flowers when yours are done.

Cheers bud, here's Blue Velvet

Just for you.

Goodnight my friends.

More photos soon

Hi OJ, have found the "vial storage case" online starting from £15 for an 18 space box or £5 for a cardboard manufactured slot system.

The vials that fit them are labelled as 2g OR 2ml, just thought I'd share on your diary as a lot of people are interested including me, beats the shit out of my kinder egg plastic insides!

Good detective work V6 , I remember these cost about £18 full of pills. That was a long time back though

Hiya folks, OJ here with the weekly Blue News.

First up is the Automatic Blueberry. This particular one is at 10 weeks from seed and under the Zoom-o-scope I can see white, gold and red trichomes, so she comes down in a day or so. :yahoo:

The photos today are done with a "Daylight" bulb, with and without camera flash.

The more observant amongst you may have spotted some brown blotches on the leaves of Blueberry #1.

I think I have narrowed it down to the fact that there's no PK13/14 being used this grow. What do you think guys?

Temps are at 24 ish day, 20 ish at night, humidity between 35 and 60.

Here's Blueberry #2 to show the spots much more clearly. She's 9 weeks old and I think will need another 2. Buds are pretty chunky with some nice fat calyxes.

So, on to the rest of the Blue family. These girls are now 9 days into 12/12 lights.

Feed's at 1.5 EC, 5.9-6.0 pH.

Blue Moonshine first. Showing some good stepped budsites, and the main top looks like it's going to be impressive, the way it's shaping up.

Here I present the Flo.

Looking extraordinarily attractive with her soft pinky purple tones, the underside of the leaves are just lovely. You can see the patterned leaf here too. It helps to know that this is a genetic trait rather than an illness! More severe forms of this "Crinkly Leaf" appearance can be seen on DJShorts other vars like Cocoa Kush

Now for the two Blue Velvets.

First the larger of the two. Looking fine, lush and green, 9 days into a 12/12 regime.

And now the slightly runt like Blue Velvet #2.

This one seems thinner stemmed, thinner leaved and just generally not as burly as the other 3 plants.

She also seems to be showing patterned leaves a bit like the Flo, not as pronounced so I don't know if it's genetic or not.

Tony? do you know if Blue Velvet can show the patterned leaf?

That's all the pics for now, hopefully I'll have some chop-shots of the Blueberry #1 next time.

Cheers, Jim

wow it looks great Jim, love the colours

the patterning on the leaves is something inherent in the Blue family, you also see leaves twisting around themselves sometimes.

I was impressed to see the frosting extend so far down the fan leaves on the second AutoBlueberry. I wouldn't worry too much about the leaves on an auto near the end, they often look far more worse-for-wear on an auto than on a photoperiod variety
