Wild rose is a nice, mellow and enjoyable smoke.

Cant wait to taste once it is cured!

Sweet cheese is still going and cream Carmel is also still going.

the Wild rose is a nice smoke, very smooth and chilled.

Just took a sample of the sweet cheds...time will tell if thats as nice.
