Can anyone offer a friendly pointer in the right direction? Cheers! Steiner Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 As I've got a lot of work on today, particularly in filing my tax return, I thought it would be a great idea to whip out my digital microscope and have a look at my Space Case screen. I'd always wondered what size screen it has. I had some 120u (micron) mesh as well, and comparing them side by side I concluded the Space Case mesh was about 50% wider, making it about 180u. Here's a list of micron stuff, just for comparison ... 1000u = one millimetre 700u - Beach sand 250u - Fine sand 220u - Coarsest bubblebag screen 180u - Space Case screen 120u - Typical dry sieve screen* 74u - Portland cement 44u - Silt 37u - Plant Pollen (non-cannabis) 25u - Finest bubblebag screen 12u - Red Blood Cell 2u - Cigarette smoke * but down to preference of course 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm trying to ascertain how many threads per cm2 it is. Should I be counting both the vertical threads and the horizontal ones??? platnium420 Posted April 24, 2015 Share Posted April 24, 2015 you want to get your selfs some bubble bags there so easy to get old of and cheap too and it makes your hash a lot better and you can also filter the trich through to there corasponding size each size head as different properties and potency and also when you want to do ice extraction you have also got the correct gear no hassle on dry sift tooreal easy just shake it into a nice size gorilla bucket to avoid hash plooms spilling out 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
