Reefer
Hi All, Spider Mite's. Once you have them, if spraying with BuzzOff keeps them from taking over but never actualy gets rid of them, am I right in thinking that if kept under control and not left to cover plants in web then in small numbers they are not that much of a problem, or is this not the case, and should I keep spraying untill there is no trace of them whatsoever. Thank's, Reefer.
Butty
Hi Reefer The only surefire way, that I've found, for getting rid of spider mite is by using natural predators (available from Growell). I had a fairly heavy infestation and like you, had been keeping them under control (I was using pepper wax but I believe buzz off is better). Then about 2 months ago decided to try the predators and bought a small vial of them. Within 3/4 weeks of releasing them into my veg room it was cleared. They're no use in your flowering room 'cos they need at least 14 hours of light or they stop feeding but, once your veg room is cleared, giving the flower room a good clean out at the end of current grow should do the trick....worked for me anyhoo
