Phoned them at 7pm on Sunday night to ask about Biobizz and square pots. Even at this most unsuitable time of day the gentlemen I spoke with was extremely helpful and we had a good 15min conversation which was very helpful. I am going down there on Wed afternoon to collect said items. Will let you know how it goes but so far a pleasurable buying experience. If you need anytin organic give them a go.
