what household items are best for ph up/down???

u might as well go and buy ph up/down at £3.95 for 250 mls lasts ages cos u dont need that much, i've still got 3/4s bottle after first gro

As far as lowering the ph with household items i always use distilled vinegar, the clear stuff. Works fine for me. I have been using it for ages. Three and a half teaspoons per ten litres of water. Bang on every time, so close that i have become complacent and dont even check it now.
