Hi FoLks,

Back again.

I had no idea the carbon filters came in different lengths.

So, question is will an ac infinity 6" ec cloudline be able to cope with the Rhino Hobby 6" x 600?

I aspire to maximum smellproofing but i do worry this fan will be louder as a result of working harder.

Anyone have any good experience of this scenario/ subject?

Thanks for listening

C

Then rhino is not for you! Especially not a hobby rhino.

I would go mountain air or carboair myself.

That's fair enough, I've always had good ones but I have heard people say they've had bad ones in the past.

Ok thanks, i'll check those. Was always under impressive rhino were the best.

The pro is crazy money!!!

But what about the length of the filter x odor control ability x fan stress

They are very angry looking creatures. There was a story that the Mongols never invaded India to them seeing a Rhino and thinking it was a Unicorn. How true it is I don't know.

But on the topic of carbon filters then yes there are better makes out there. The length of the filter isn't a problem, just check it's flow rating compared to your fan. They tried to sell me the long version of the 150mm Mountain air at the shop once, It wouldn't have fitted in my room lol

I've got a Rhino Pro in my veg tent, seems ok but I'll stick with Mountain Air for flowering.

That mongolian unicorn story is legit.

On carbon subject, those 600 long filters look insane.must have impressive air cleaning ability with double surface area of the 300 long.

I've used cheap carbons before with no problem but i don't want to cut in corners with this setup.

Damn prices are insane these days. So it goes🤔

Haha. That needs long arms to set up!

Need a nuclear fission fan to pull air through it too😬

Another vote for MountainAir :yep:

My 5in 500mm is a few years old and still going strong.

Just got a 4in fox (dinky little thing) for my mum cab , they're supposed to be banging for the money but yeah, mountain air for flowering because I hear prison food ain't all that great.
