NPK ratio

Hi all

Just refilled my rez and noticed the NPK ratio on the bottles,

Bloom A   3-0-2

Bloom B    1-2-3 

Does this give me a combined ratio of

4-2-5?

Yes, combined it'll give you that ratio. Depending on how the ratios are expressed on the bottle depends on how much actually goes to your plants though - canna has a good article on this:

No,

that’s an incorrect conclusion to assume.

 

It’s just not that simple  

 

This would only be the case if those ratios given were ‘absolute’,

but it’s likely that they’ve been simplified at some point.

I’m running Dutch Pro and noticed the NPK ratio for their Grow, part A is 2-0-2

and part B is 1-0-3 so am I right in saying there is no Phosphorus in their grow nutes.

Based on what they've published on the bottles, yes you are right but there will be some in there. They're supposed to be, but most manufacturers aren't, honest about what the actual composition is of their range. There are laws in place but no one enforces it.

I’ve misread and misunderstood and made a complete balls up of my feed, hopefully I caught it quickly and didn’t run to much through them, haven’t been stoned for a while and as soon as I’m back on it, it all goes to shit
