Twiki
Evening all, After a long time out, I'm finally getting the bicycle clips back on! I'm going to be having a 100 litre water butt in the grow room as there is no direct access to water. I will be using a Wilma/origin system, my question is...should I ph the water in the butt or just pH the water as I put in the wilma? Thanks.... Shumroom
So it’s just being used as a storage tank then? No point pHing until it’s been mixed with nutrients, as this will affect how much you will need to add + or -. What medium will you be growing in? catweazle1
I would just put an aquarium pump in there and just have it moving until you need it.
Twiki
Thanks Guys, Yeah, just gonna be a storage tank so will ph as I fill the wilma. I'm growing in clay pebbles. Had already got a water pump to go in there and keep things moving and airstines to go in the wilma. Just gotta get the 1st grow under my belt and should be up to speed on all by then! Appreciate the help...thank you!
Devon Cream
No need to ph and ec till you add it to the grow system reservoir.

Better off with a circulation pump in the Wilma as using air stones can alter ph
