David Attenborough
Do you adjust the PH of the water to flush or is there any point?
mikeydoughnut
I’ve heard of both. I think if you pH it it’ll make any of the salts remaining available. The only time I’ve heard of this is when folk do a prolonged flush. The TrueCanna guy explained to me his flushing technique and it spanned 3 weeks with ph’d water. I’ve seen since him post a while back regarding dropping that technique. A last week flush I’d imagine you don’t want to make those salts available since it kinda goes against the point of flushing. Personally I find it liberating not having to muck about and just dumping warm fresh water on em. I wouldn’t bother
Devon Cream
No point mate your only adding stuff you don’t need . Tbh better off running ec right back than starving the plant in last few weeks plus you won’t flush a plant clean anyway.
David Attenborough
Thanks guys. They were in half feed for a week , leaves started yellowing, now on plain water. How long do you flush like this? I am thinking plain water until the week end then a few days of no water at all? Do I need to adjust temps or anything during the last week?
