I'm really looking forward to getting back into this wonderful hobby. I'll no doubt be posting questions on the appropriate boards soon and offering any tips wherever I can. I've read in this very forum as well as the rest, that people are still using them, same as MH. People are still using CFL and full length tubes etc too. Most of that "old" stuff is still around and still works great, but yes, most have switched to LEDs. Cheaper to run, output is similar to HPS etc, might even be better now.
