Rhino hobby filters?

Yes but they might only last for one or two crops if you're lucky :)

I used to use the Rhino pros until they had issues.

I believe fox filters are quite good for the money ;)

As shum said fox filters are great for the price/small spaces but if you can squeeze a MountainAir in you'll not regret it.

We'd have to see the flow rate figures to know for certain.

Usually a 6" fan will shift around twice as much air as a 4" of the same type iirc.

Would a 300mm be enough on a 6'' fan (slowed down) in a 1.2 x 1.2?

thats what I use - sure of it, currently a 300mm carboair with 150mm extraction fan, got a 300mm mountain air waiting in the wings

thats in a 1.2 x 2.4 tent so id say yes for yours

what's the spec of the fan & the model of filter?

No filter yet, fan is a RUCK fan , must be a good 15 years old, sounds like a jet taking off.

im not sure about the fan, but the filter should be OK - iirc, there a couple of carboair & mountain air cf's at that size, the 'budget' one & a better one [for the 150mm/6" fan size]

ive always gone for the more affordable 150mm one, as they just do my 1.2 x 2.4 tent volume, the CFM rating (whatever it is) on the filter, so with that logic, one will do your 1.2m2 tent size easy

Hydromag filter test the hobby’s beat the pros lol I use hobby’s in drying rooms work fine but that’s a short time every month. I’ve used can filters for 15 years on flowering rooms and wouldn’t ever change from them.
