Absurdist
@Graywolf 's instructions for qwiso recommend cold materials and a short wash time of 20 s (from memory). I understand this is to minimise the amount of water solubles and waxes that are extracted, which is important for dabbing. I've got a decent jar of AVB that I plan to extract for edibles. Only doing one wash so was thinking to leave it a good long time like 15 mins to get all the goodness out. Any reason why I wouldn't want to give it such a long time? gb1
if you can keep everything under freezing temps the entire time...sure but a quick wash using FROZEN everything will see less crap is all.. its the cheap mans dabs small amounts etc ps only takes three minutes at freezing temps to remove 80% only way to learn is to try different ways
Graywolf
15 minutes is way too long. You will extract excessive chlorophyll and other non targeted elements. https://graywolfslair.com/index.php/9-diy-cannamed-production/9-4-extraction/9-4-8-isopropyl-extraction/9-4-8-1-qwiso/
