Cal Mag deficiency in soil more common?

I am new to soil and never had any leaf problems when using coco. I did have a potential PH issues early in the grow due to ph meter not being calibrated right. I was reading that I could try add lime to i think increase the ph but the plants seem to be budding ok, I just don't have those perfect green leaves I had using coco. I was looking at this link https://dutch-passion.com/en/blog/a-visual-guide-to-cannabis-deficiencies-n987 and out of all the images the cal mag leaf looks like the sort of issue I have, it is like copper dots on the leaf and they whither and die, even the main side leaves and bud stem leaves. Should I try some cal mag? I am like 2 weeks from ending grow, so I think its probably too late now but what is your thoughts as I have never used cal mag before?

I get copper spots on the leaves when I've overfed, browned tips too mind you.
