Ferret poo to ward off rabbits.

Ive heard plenty of Guerilla growers have problems with Rabbits munching their plants.

I was wondering if anyone has used Ferret poo, or the litter from a Ferrets cage to try to deter the bunnies ?

Ive seen Rabbits really get scared after one little sniff of a Ferret, so I guess the sent of a Ferret would make them very wary.

Kept ferrets for many years..

Never seen it work.

Rabbit proof fencing is your best bet, if it's a back garden, not so easy or worth while for a GG grow.

Ran ferrets through a rabbit Warren, bolted rabbits from said Warren, two days later they were back.

You could try with netting around your plants, like chicken wire, but you have to bury it 12 to 18 inches deep, otherwise they'll just tunnel under it.

You should have netted the holes or shot the bolters then! Used to love going ferreting. Might have to see if anyone around here does it…

The wild rabbits would eat under my ferret cages in the allotment so the smell dosent put them off. Its the teeth the rabbits done like.
