Which light for 70 x 70 x 160cm grow room?

I currently have a spiderfarmer SF1000 which is ok for vegging in my 70 x 70 x 160cm grow tent however not too great for the flowering stage (too much popcorn bud).

Im currently looking at 2 options :-  VIPARSPECTRA XS1500 Pro and  LUMATEK ATS 200w PRO 

the viparspectra is currently £169.99 with discount code on ebay and the lumatek is currently £217.55 on ebay with discount code.

Which one would you go for guys?

im trying to work out if the 200w lumatek is better coverage at 75% than the viparspectra 150w @ 100%

any advice much appreciated

The XS1500 PRO is more aimed at a 60x60 @11 inches, you can raise the light to increase the spread a little.

 

I was gonna choose between these two lights but because I have a 60x60 it was a no brainer for me to go for the XS1500 PRO

 

The XS1500 PRO has a better spread for the space it is designed for while using less Watts, these pics were taken on the night of installing the light and since the branches around the sides have shot up more, this just shows the better spread compared to the XS1000v1 that replaced it.

 

I guess the main question it do you plan to increase the size of your grow space in the next few years?

 VIPARSPECTRA XS1500 Pro would be my choice, for the price and lower energy consumption, and great build quality.

I use a VIPARSPECTRA P1000 Pro for my 60x60x140 and it's perfect.

did you see migro (YouTube) had tested this light and it gave a really good coverage, something about special lenses that spread the PAR out to the sides
