Guaranteed Exotic Flower Level Seeds

Unfortunately you're probably in for some dissapointment because I haven't discovered the title of this post, I'm looking for it!

 

Most fancy strains cannot be bought in seed form... Sour Diesel is a recently discussed here good example. There are a huge amount of phenos when buying such strains and many of them are not good. 

 

More ibl strains like your northern lights, afghans, kushes etc have much fewer phenos but I guess most these strains are a bit boring Vs modern stuff. 

 

SO where is the balance? What seeds give consistently stable, top shelf results?
