Many a fine day has been had frolicking in Heather The Triton is actually a haggi pheno found (less so nowadays) on the banks of loch ness, huge beast, size of a wilderbeast and fully grown weighs in at a ton. As you all probably know haggis have 3 legs to help them run up, down and across the steep hills in the heeeelands hence the pheno Triton Nessie (it's like a big Scottish alligator) loves to catch them when they're down getting a drink. Wonderful to witness in real life, we call it the sengageti Bad news........................ Seeds sank, left them 48hrs and was sure I seen tiny roots breaking through so sowed them and waited. 1 day, 2, 3, 4, 5 days.......... then.......... got my tspoon out this morning and dug them out! Sitting there doin nowt they were every seed from Seedstockers so far has popped and been up by 72hrs max from soak! Exact same method. It's with great regret. Due to unforeseen circumstances. Leaves on the line. Left it too late this year folks! Needed those seeds to hit the ground running but they just wouldn't pop! And @Clumsy mate, the multipurpose box of tricks, it has seen a bit of action as a staging post/base camp for my subbie cuttings who came to be 'blessed by the box' before being sent with much love to their final destinations.
