Greenfingers420uk
Hello again, How do you go about storing rainwater for indoor use? Will it keep well? I don't need huge amounts as I only grow a few plants at one time. Cheers
DutchFox
1...water is so cheap.....it takes years to pay for the bucket. 2....water storing is difficult...it goes green..... after long time of no rain...all the dirt of the roof goes into the bucket.. 3....rainwater has no cal/mag.....which you need to buy and supply.... better flush the toilet..if you wanne use rainwater Edited November 27, 2022 by DutchFox

Ned The Head
I’ve been using rainwater for a few years now. Collected off the roof. Use it for everything. UV filter to kill the bugs.
Lux_Interior
Get an outside water butt. My outside rain water comes off my garage roof. I chuck a bucket of water on my garage roof now & then to swill it then occasionally clean my butt out (so to speak ). Not much grit falls out the sky around here just bird shit and fireworks, I feed all my outside plants. Tomatoes, Lavender, Weed, etc. from my butt and they love it.
