@Ecto it’s up to you when you harvest your plant but if that plant was mine I would be expecting another roughly 14-21 days and check again. 

ideally you want most of your pistils receded and the calyx to be swollen like this. 

 

If you don’t allow your buds to swell they will be airy fairy with not much density to them. 
 

rule of thumb when you think they are ready wait 2 more weeks lol

I'd be checking the trichomes every couple of days to monitor any ambering taking place.  I went with a racy 15% amber to milky ratio last time. This time, I will aim for 25%-40%.

As somebody wise said on here some time ago, it is incredibly rare to see a plant that has been left too long before harvest. Usually they are taken a bit early.
